Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities as more information becomes available. Discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of information, biases, or simply varying opinions among bettors and market participants. It's common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than sportsbooks.
