Typically, prediction market odds reflect a different kind of wisdom than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while this market allows traders to directly express their beliefs about the probability of each outcome. This can lead to differences in implied probabilities. It’s common to see prediction markets more accurately reflect true probabilities, especially as the event approaches and more information becomes available, though discrepancies can occur due to differing information or market participants.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of a particular outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and express their views, the price adjusts to reflect the collective prediction. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market continually updates to incorporate new information and changing sentiment surrounding the Sesko vs Callejon Hernando match.

The resolution will be based on the official result of the M15 Pontevedra match between Ziga Sesko and Sergio Callejon Hernando, as determined by the official tournament organizers. The platform will verify the result against publicly available information to ensure an accurate and transparent resolution process.
