Typically, prediction market odds reflect a different set of information and incentives than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets aim to represent the true probability of an event occurring. However, discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of information, market participants, and risk appetite. It's common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information, potentially offering a more accurate assessment of the likelihood of an outcome than traditional odds. This market, like others, may show differences compared to sportsbook lines.
