On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where users buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more people buy shares in a particular player, the price increases, indicating a higher perceived chance of victory. Conversely, selling shares drives the price down, suggesting a lower probability. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adapt to new information and changing sentiment.
