Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, representing their profit margin. This market, however, is driven purely by traders' willingness to buy or sell, theoretically reflecting a more accurate aggregate forecast. Discrepancies can emerge due to differing information, risk assessments, or simply variations in market participants. It’s common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than sportsbooks, but this isn’t always the case.

Unexpected upsets in other matches involving these players could also shift expectations. Even broader factors like weather forecasts for Monastir or public betting patterns could contribute to price fluctuations before the Nov 5, 2026 resolution of this market.
