Typically, prediction market odds reflect a different set of information and incentives than sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets aim to represent the true probability of an event as determined by traders. It’s common to see discrepancies between the two, especially early in the market's life cycle. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price fluctuates based on supply and demand; if more traders believe Sanchez Rojas will win, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing allows the market to aggregate information and provide a forward-looking assessment of the match’s likely result.

This market resolves around Nov 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result declared by the relevant boxing authorities following the conclusion of the Sanchez Rojas vs McKennon match. The platform will verify the winner and settle the market accordingly, distributing payouts to those who correctly predicted the outcome. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand when the market will be finalized.
