Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs. If a significant discrepancy exists between prediction market prices and sportsbook odds, it may indicate that the market perceives information differently than bookmakers, or that one venue has more liquidity. It's common to see convergence as the event approaches, though differences can persist due to varying levels of information and risk appetite.
