Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market allows traders to express their own beliefs and incorporate new information as it becomes available. If there's a significant discrepancy, it may signal that the market perceives a different probability of an outcome than sportsbooks do, potentially due to factors not fully captured by conventional models. It’s common to see convergence as the event approaches.
