On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders can buy 'yes' shares if they believe a golfer *will* finish in the top 20, and 'no' shares if they believe they *won't*. The price of these shares fluctuates based on supply and demand, effectively representing the probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The closer the event gets, the more volatile the price may become as new information emerges and traders refine their predictions. The market’s price reflects the aggregated beliefs of all participants.
This market resolves around Nov 2, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final leaderboard for the Maybank Championship is verifiable from credible public reporting. The market will determine which golfers ultimately finished within the top 20 positions. Resolution will be based on the official tournament results published by the LPGA, and any ties for 20th place will be included. Traders holding 'yes' shares for golfers who finish in the top 20 will receive a payout, while those holding 'no' shares for those golfers will not.
