This prediction market asks users to forecast which golfer will be leading after the third round of the 2026 Maybank Championship. Resolution depends on the lowest cumulative score to par, with tiebreakers based on round scores and then statistical performance (eagles, birdies, bogeys, alphabetical order).
This market will resolve according to the player that finishes Round 3 of the main tournament at the 2026 Maybank Championship with the lowest cumulative score to par. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the player with the lower score in Round 3. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with the lower score in Round 2. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with the lower score in Round 1. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player that records more eagles thus far in the main tournament. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player who records more birdies thus far in the main tournament. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player who records fewer bogeys thus far in the main tournament. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 Maybank Championship is cancelled, postponed after November 15, 2026 at 11:59PM ET, or if an official Round 3 leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the event organizer or governing body.
Each market corresponds to an individual golfer, resolving to 'Yes' if that specific player is the sole leader at the end of Round 3. If multiple players are tied for the lead, 'Yes' positions pay $1 divided by the number of tied leaders (rounded down to the nearest cent), while 'No' positions pay the complement to 1 of that payout. All markets operate independently, with no cross-market dependencies beyond shared tie-handling mechanics. The tournament's official outcomes and scoring determine resolution, with Kalshi explicitly disclaiming any affiliation with the PGA or ownership of related trademarks.
