Description

This market determines which team will lead or be tied at the end of the first period in the same NHL game between Los Angeles and New York R. The result hinges exclusively on the scores after the first period ends, with no regard to subsequent periods or overtime.

Kalshi

The market resolves to Yes for the New York R outcome if they win the first period, to Yes for Los Angeles if they win the first period, and to Yes for Tie if neither team wins the first period, meaning the period ends in a tie. Only goals scored during the first period count. If the game is postponed but begins within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, the market stays open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or not started within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price.
