This event tracks whether specific starting pitchers in an upcoming baseball game between Los Angeles and Atlanta record a minimum number of outs. Each market focuses on a different pitcher and their performance if they start the game. Outcomes depend on their participation and the number of outs they achieve during their start.
The event evaluates two separate markets based on the performance of designated starting pitchers in a professional baseball game scheduled for October 6, 2026. Each market has its own threshold for outs recorded: Chris Sale must record at least 19 outs, while Yoshinobu Yamamoto must record at least 18 outs for the respective market to resolve to Yes. If either pitcher is not in the starting rotation—or is removed before throwing a pitch—the market resolves at its fair market price. Relief appearances do not count toward the outs requirement. If a pitcher begins the game and throws at least one pitch, the settlement is determined solely by the number of outs they record while starting. The markets are independent, meaning the resolution of one does not affect the other.
