This prediction market group concerns the League of Legends Worlds Playoffs match between Top Esports and Invictus Gaming. Markets cover the overall match winner, individual game winners, and various in-game events like dragon/baron kills and inhibitor destructions. There are also markets on the total number of games played and game handicaps.
This market refers to the LoL Quarterfinal 4 match between Top Esports and Invictus Gaming in the Worlds Playoffs, initially scheduled for November 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to "Top Esports" if Top Esports win the match against Invictus Gaming. This market will resolve to "Invictus Gaming" if Invictus Gaming win the match against Top Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before November 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of November 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket and Predict, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the nature of how they are formed. Sportsbooks set lines based on their internal models and aim to balance action on both sides, while prediction markets are driven by the collective intelligence of traders who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. This can lead to prediction markets being more efficient and potentially more accurate, especially as more information becomes available. The current volume of $639,877 suggests strong interest in this market.
Prices on Polymarket and Predict may differ due to several factors. Each platform has its own user base, trading dynamics, and risk tolerance, influencing how probabilities are assessed. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Furthermore, differing liquidity levels can create temporary discrepancies; a larger volume on one platform can lead to more stable and potentially more accurate pricing. Currently, Polymarket currently favors Game 2: Any Player Quadra Kill? at 100.0%, while Predict leans toward Games Total: O/U 3.5 at 76.0%, demonstrating these differing viewpoints.
This market resolves around Nov 4, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result of the BO5 series between Top Esports and Invictus Gaming at the LoL Worlds Playoffs will determine the outcome. Traders are currently pricing in various possibilities, with a total volume of $639,877 indicating significant engagement. The final result will be determined by the official game results published by Riot Games, the organizer of the League of Legends World Championship.
Several signals could move this market before it resolves. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or potential roster changes for Top Esports or Invictus Gaming would likely impact trading activity. Unexpected results in other Worlds Playoffs matches could also shift perceptions of team strength. Furthermore, significant volume spikes on either Polymarket or Predict, reaching $573,417 or higher, could indicate new information or a change in sentiment. Monitoring these factors will be crucial for understanding the market’s movements.
