Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

All markets use the same resolution source and rules, ensuring consistent outcomes across platforms.Primary resolution logic: https://gol.gg/esports/home, with video evidence as backup

Core resolution logic:

  • Series winner determined by the first team to win 3 games
  • Game-specific markets resolve based on the outcome of each individual game
  • 50-50 resolution applies for canceled, forfeited, or unplayed games
  • Official results must be published within 2 hours; otherwise, credible reporting including video evidence is used

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Game Not Played Due to Series Conclusion: Markets resolve to 50-50 if a game is not played because the series outcome is already decided
  • Remade Games: Resolution is based on the remade game only
  • Postponed Matches: Markets resolve based on the result if rescheduled within 14 days; otherwise, they resolve to 50-50
Timing: Resolution occurs after official results are published or within 2 hours of the event conclusion using credible reportingOur PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Polymarket

This market refers to the LoL Lower bracket semifinal match between Nongshim Red Force and BNK FEARX in the LCK Play-In, initially scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 4:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "Nongshim Red Force" if Nongshim Red Force win the match against BNK FEARX. This market will resolve to "BNK FEARX" if BNK FEARX win the match against Nongshim Red Force. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before September 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of August 27, 2026 at 4:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Opinion

In the upcoming LCK best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-08-27 08:00 UTC: if BNK FEARX wins the series, the market will resolve to "BNK FEARX"; if Nongshim Red Force wins the series, the market will resolve to "Nongshim Red Force". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team's listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Note: Opinion will resolve this market strictly based on the first final result officially published or announced by a designated resolution source. Any subsequent revision, correction, or reversal will not affect the resolution.

On Polymarket and Opinion, prices can vary because of differences in user bases, liquidity, and how information spreads across each community. Polymarket and Opinion can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one platform might see heavier betting from regional fans who interpret practice performances differently, while the other could be influenced by global analysts. These distinct inputs create divergent probability assessments, explaining why Polymarket and Opinion may price Games Total: O/U 4.5 and Nongshim Red Force vs BNK FEARX differently until consensus solidifies closer to Aug 27, 2026.

This market resolves around Aug 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting.
