This market refers to the LoL Quarterfinal 2 match between Karmine Corp Blue and Anubis Gaming in the EMEA Masters Playoffs, initially scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to "Karmine Corp Blue" if Karmine Corp Blue win the match against Anubis Gaming. This market will resolve to "Anubis Gaming" if Anubis Gaming win the match against Karmine Corp Blue. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically set odds to maximize profit, incorporating a margin for themselves, and may be influenced by public betting patterns. This market, however, reflects the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. While sportsbooks may initially have different odds, they often adjust closer to prediction market prices as the event approaches, as these markets tend to be highly efficient indicators of true probabilities. It’s a good practice to compare both to form a well-rounded view.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This means that as more people believe a particular outcome is likely, the price of its corresponding contract will increase, and vice versa. The market dynamically adjusts to new information and changes in sentiment, providing a real-time assessment of the event's potential results.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official results of the LoL EMEA Masters Playoffs, specifically the winner of the BO5 series between Karmine Corp Blue and Anubis Gaming. The platform will verify the results against reliable sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders will then be paid out according to their holdings in the winning outcome's contract.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or unexpected roster changes could significantly shift trader sentiment. In-game performance during the series itself, such as early game advantages or key objective control, will also have a substantial impact. Furthermore, broader trends within the LoL esports scene, or even commentary from prominent analysts, could sway opinions and cause fluctuations in the market prices. Keep an eye on these signals to understand potential shifts in the probabilities.
