On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in a particular outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe a player will win, the higher the share price will climb, approaching a maximum value of 100 if the market strongly favors that player. Conversely, a lower share price indicates less confidence in that outcome. This dynamic pricing allows for a real-time assessment of probabilities.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Valentyn vs. Gomilko match, as declared by the governing sports authority. The platform will verify the result against widely available and trusted sources to ensure accuracy. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment.
