If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of each share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability. Conversely, selling pressure drives the price down. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds continuously adapt to new information and changing sentiment among participants.
This market resolves around Oct 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Llaneros FC vs. América de Cali match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider, will determine the winning outcome in this market. Traders will be able to claim their winnings based on the final score, and the platform will automatically distribute payouts according to the established odds at the time of resolution. The process is designed to be transparent and objective, relying on publicly available data.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected player suspensions could significantly shift the perceived probabilities. Weather conditions on match day, particularly if they favor one team's playing style, could also impact trading. Furthermore, pre-match analysis from sports commentators and analysts, even if not directly impacting the game, can influence public sentiment and drive trading volume. Unexpected shifts in betting patterns at traditional sportsbooks could also create arbitrage opportunities, leading to increased activity in this market.
