Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, and can sometimes diverge from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own modeling and need to account for profit margins, while this market is driven purely by traders expressing their beliefs about the outcome. If there’s a significant difference, it might indicate that prediction market participants have access to information or perspectives not fully incorporated by sportsbooks, or simply have different risk assessments. It's important to compare the odds to see if there's an edge to be found.
