Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often incorporating information and analysis beyond what is readily available to traditional sportsbooks. While sportsbook odds are set by professional oddsmakers, this market allows anyone to participate and express their beliefs about the likelihood of each team scoring first in the first half. It's common to see differences emerge, especially as new information becomes available or public sentiment shifts. However, both aim to accurately predict the same event, and discrepancies can sometimes present arbitrage opportunities for informed traders.

This market resolves around Oct 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the market will determine which team, if any, scores the first goal during the first half of the Levante UD versus Sevilla FC match. The result will be based on official match data and verified against credible public sources. The outcome will be clearly defined based on which team scores first, or if no goal is scored in the first half, the market will resolve accordingly.

Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Levante UD or Sevilla FC would likely cause shifts in the odds. Tactical announcements from either manager, such as confirmed starting lineups or changes in formation, could also impact market sentiment. Furthermore, general news about team performance, weather conditions on match day, or even significant changes in public opinion could all contribute to movement in this market before Oct 12, 2026. Unexpected events during the match itself, even before a goal is scored, could also cause volatility.
