Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi resolve based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 23, 2026, with identical treatment of postponement and cancellation scenarios.
Primary resolution logic:
Official La Liga statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus.
Core resolution logic:
The match outcome is determined by the result after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only, excluding extra time and penalties.
Exactly one of three mutually exclusive outcomes will occur: Levante UD wins, Sevilla FC wins, or the match ends in a draw.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Levante win and Sevilla win markets resolve NO, while the draw market resolves YES on Polymarket (and would resolve YES on Kalshi as a tie outcome).
Resolution uses official La Liga statistics as the primary source; if unavailable within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus is used.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the match is actually played and completed.
Match Cancellation Without Makeup: If the match is canceled entirely with no scheduled makeup game, Levante win and Sevilla win markets resolve NO, while the draw market resolves YES.
Resolution Source Timing: Official La Liga statistics are the primary source. If not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus becomes the resolution basis.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official announcement of the final match result by La Liga or credible reporting consensus within 2 hours post-match conclusion.
