This prediction group concerns the outcome of a Basketball Champions League game between Legia Warszawa and Galatasaray. The markets ask who will win the game, with a provision for a 50-50 split if the game is canceled or abandoned without a result.
In the upcoming Basketball Champions League game between Legia Warszawa and Galatasaray, originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (as of creation of the first market related to the event): If the Legia Warszawa win, the market will resolve to "Legia Warszawa". If the Galatasaray win, the market will resolve to "Galatasaray". If this market's outcome was definitively determined under its rules by the listed resolution sources before abandonment, that outcome will stand. Otherwise, the following no-result provisions apply. If the game is canceled, does not start by Friday, November 6, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or is abandoned with no official result by that time, this market will resolve 50-50. The result will be determined based on the final score including any overtime periods.
Markets resolve to Yes for the specified team if they win the Galatasaray SK vs Legia Warszawa men's professional FIBA Champions League basketball game scheduled for Nov 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. If the game is postponed but begins within 48 hours of the original start time, markets stay open and resolve based on the official result. Cancellation or failure to start within 48 hours leads to fair price resolution for all markets.
Prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket and Kalshi for this market, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the underlying mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds based on their own models and aim to profit by balancing action on both sides, while prediction markets allow participants to directly express their beliefs, creating a more organic price discovery process. This can lead to prediction market odds being more accurate, especially as the event approaches and more information becomes available. However, sportsbook odds may reflect factors not fully captured by prediction market traders, such as team news or injuries, influencing the differences in pricing for this market.
This market resolves around Nov 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final result of the Legia Warszawa vs. Galatasaray match will be used to determine the winning outcome. The resolution will be based on the official result as reported by recognized sports authorities. It’s important to note that this market relies on publicly available information to verify the outcome, ensuring a transparent and verifiable resolution process.
