In the upcoming Premier League game between Leeds United FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC, scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 7:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Leeds United FC vs. Tottenham Hotspur FC match originally scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 7:30 AM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from Premier League (https://www.premierleague.com/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd effect, potentially differing from sportsbook odds which can be influenced by house biases or promotional offers. Sportsbooks may adjust their lines based on betting action and public perception, while this market relies on individuals directly expressing their beliefs about the outcome. It's common to see discrepancies, especially as new information emerges or public sentiment shifts. Comparing the two can reveal interesting insights into differing perspectives on the potential for a specific first-half scoreline.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where participants buy and sell shares representing different possible first-half exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s collective belief about the probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the evolving consensus. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's depth and volume indicate the level of confidence traders have in each outcome, and the price movements can signal shifts in expectations based on news or analysis.
