In the upcoming match between Le Mans FC and AS Monaco FC, scheduled for November 8, 2026 at 11:15 AM ET: This market will resolve to "Le Mans FC" if Le Mans FC are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). This market will resolve to "AS Monaco FC" if AS Monaco FC are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). If neither team scores in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time), this market will resolve to "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to goals scored within the second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time. First-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from Ligue 1 (https://www.ligue1.com/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from initial sportsbook lines. Sportsbooks set odds based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, incorporating a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. As more information emerges – such as team news or weather conditions – the odds on Polymarket may converge with or diverge from sportsbook odds, depending on how the market interprets the new data. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform traditional bookmakers in accuracy.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome – either Le Mans FC or AS Monaco FC scoring first in the second half. The price of these shares directly reflects the probability of that outcome, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe Monaco will score first, the higher the price of shares representing that outcome will climb, and vice versa. This creates a dynamic pricing system that constantly adjusts to new information and market sentiment.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the market will determine which team scores the first goal in the second half of the Le Mans FC versus AS Monaco FC match. The result will be based on official match data and verified against credible public sources. Any goals scored during extra time or a penalty shootout will not be considered for the purposes of this market's resolution.
Several factors could significantly influence this market before the match concludes. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Le Mans FC or AS Monaco FC would likely cause a shift in probabilities. Tactical changes announced by either manager, or even unexpected weather conditions on match day, could also impact the market. Furthermore, in-game events during the first half – such as a red card or an early goal – could trigger substantial movement in the odds as traders react to the unfolding situation and adjust their predictions.
