On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of a particular outcome. As more shares are traded, the price of each share adjusts to reflect the collective assessment of the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This means the price of a 'yes' share, for example, indicates the probability that the outcome will occur, as perceived by those trading on the platform. The market dynamically adjusts to new information and changing sentiment, offering a real-time probability assessment.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Kurtenko vs. Populovskyi match as reported by the governing sports body. The platform will verify the result against reliable sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market price at resolution, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before Nov 7, 2026. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or unexpected performance in preceding matches could shift trader sentiment. Publicly available analysis from sports commentators and experts could also impact the market, as could significant betting activity at traditional sportsbooks.
