All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds to ensure profitability, which can slightly distort the true probabilities. This market, driven by the collective wisdom of traders on Polymarket, aims to represent a more accurate assessment of potential outcomes. However, sportsbook odds can still be a useful point of comparison, especially when analyzing discrepancies and identifying potential value in either market. It's helpful to consider both when forming your own prediction.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. As more shares are purchased for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher implied probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share directly corresponds to the probability assigned to that outcome by the market participants. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adapt to new information and changing sentiment regarding the Kristiansund vs. Vålerenga match.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Kristiansund vs. Vålerenga match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score determined by official sources will be used to determine which outcome wins. Traders who held shares in the correct exact score will be entitled to a payout based on the final market prices at the time of resolution. The market will close and payouts will be distributed shortly after the official result is available.
Several factors could influence the trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Kristiansund BK or Vålerenga Fotball would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions leading up to the match could also move the market. Unexpected announcements about starting lineups or pre-match analysis from reputable football experts could also trigger shifts in trader sentiment and alter the probabilities for different exact scores.
