In the upcoming Belgium Pro League game between KRC Genk and Standard Liege, scheduled for October 25, 2026 at 8:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the KRC Genk vs. Standard Liege match originally scheduled for October 25, 2026 at 8:30 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to directly express their beliefs about the probability of each exact score. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both the prediction market and a sportsbook. However, it’s important to note that sportsbooks and this market have different costs and limitations, which can contribute to these differences.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each exact scoreline. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust to reflect the collective assessment of the event's likelihood. This dynamic pricing ensures the market remains responsive to changing conditions and insights leading up to the match.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the KRC Genk vs. Standard Liege match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The market will settle to 100% in favor of the share corresponding to the actual final score. Any discrepancies in reported scores will be evaluated against official sources to ensure an accurate resolution. Traders should monitor official results to understand the basis for the final outcome of this market.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either KRC Genk or Standard Liege would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they are expected to heavily impact the style of play, could also move the market. Additionally, any pre-match analysis or expert opinions suggesting a strong advantage for one team over the other could prompt traders to adjust their positions, impacting the overall pricing of this market.
