Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from those set by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks establish initial lines based on their own analyses and risk management, while this market aggregates the opinions of many individual traders. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook’s odds are inaccurate, they can influence the price on Polymarket to reflect their collective view. This dynamic can lead to discrepancies, especially as new information emerges or public sentiment shifts leading up to the event. It's common to see prediction markets outperform traditional forecasts.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome of the Kozachuk vs. Zeniuk match. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to incorporate new information and changing perspectives. The market’s price is determined entirely by supply and demand – if more people believe an outcome is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This creates a dynamic and responsive pricing system.
This market resolves around Nov 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Kozachuk vs. Zeniuk match as reported by the governing sports body. Any disputes or ambiguities will be resolved using widely accepted sources of information. The final result will determine which shares pay out, and the payout amount will be based on the price of the shares at the time of resolution.
