On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in whether a hole-in-one will occur during the Korn Ferry Tour Championship. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to reflect the collective assessment. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is driven entirely by supply and demand; if more people believe a hole-in-one is likely, the price of 'Yes' shares will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the most up-to-date predictions.
This market resolves around Oct 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will depend on whether a hole-in-one is officially recorded during the Korn Ferry Tour Championship tournament play. Official tournament records will be used to determine if a hole-in-one occurred. The market will settle to 100% if a hole-in-one is made, and 0% if no hole-in-one is made during the entire championship. The resolution process ensures a clear and objective determination of the market’s outcome.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. News regarding player performance, course conditions, or weather forecasts could all impact trader sentiment. A particularly skilled player known for their accuracy might increase the probability of a hole-in-one, driving up the price of 'Yes' shares. Conversely, adverse weather conditions making play more difficult could lower the perceived chance. Any significant updates related to the tournament or the players involved have the potential to shift the market’s price as traders react to the new information.
