On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous exchange where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular score, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market dynamically adjusts based on supply and demand, meaning the odds can shift rapidly as new information becomes available or sentiment changes. This creates a fluid and responsive pricing mechanism, distinct from fixed-odds betting.
