On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, the price increases, reflecting a growing belief in its likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is determined solely by supply and demand among traders on Polymarket, and isn’t influenced by external factors or a central authority setting the price.
This market resolves around Nov 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Dmytro vs. Skliar match, as determined by the governing sports organization. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine the winning player and settle the market accordingly. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will receive a payout, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding player form, injuries, or changes in coaching strategy could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about the match schedule or location might also have an impact. Public opinion, as reflected in polls or expert analysis, could also play a role, though the market isn’t directly tied to these sources. Significant trading volume, particularly concentrated in one outcome, is often a leading indicator of changing expectations and could cause noticeable price movements.
