Typically, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd perspective, often differing from initial sportsbook offerings. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, while this market is driven purely by traders’ beliefs about the outcome. It’s common to see prediction market probabilities adjust more rapidly to new information than sportsbook odds, as they aren’t constrained by the same business considerations. However, as the event approaches, the odds on Polymarket may converge with those found at sportsbooks, especially if there's strong consensus.
This market resolves around Nov 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting.
