The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, incorporating a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the same data. Comparing the implied probabilities from both sources can reveal where the crowd diverges from professional oddsmakers and potentially identify value opportunities.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date collective assessment of the event's likelihood. The current volume traded indicates the level of interest and conviction surrounding each potential result.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official exact score of the Kidderminster Harriers FC vs. Doncaster Rovers FC match will be used to determine the winning outcome. Resolution will occur after the match concludes and the official result is widely available. Traders who held shares in the correct exact score will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or shifts in team form could significantly impact the perceived probabilities. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also play a role. Furthermore, major tactical announcements from either manager or significant pre-match analysis from sports commentators could sway trader sentiment. As the match approaches, even minor updates could lead to price fluctuations as traders adjust their positions based on the latest information.
