Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. This is because prediction markets aggregate the wisdom of the crowd, while sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and profit margins. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or risk assessments. If you find a significant difference between the odds on Polymarket and those offered by sportsbooks, it might indicate an opportunity for value betting, depending on your own analysis and confidence in the various sources of information.
