Typically, prediction market odds reflect a different set of information and incentives than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets aim to represent the true probability of an outcome as assessed by traders. Therefore, you may observe discrepancies between the two. It’s common to see prediction markets more accurately reflect insider information or collective intelligence, potentially leading to odds that diverge from those offered by sportsbooks. This market offers a unique perspective on the likely result.
