This market refers to the cricket match between Salwa Boys and Stack CC B scheduled for October 4 2026 at 1:30 PM ET in KCC T20 Summer League. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set initial lines based on their own analysis, while this market’s odds are driven by traders who actively buy and sell contracts, expressing their beliefs about the probability of each outcome. These differences can arise from varying information access, biases, or simply differing analytical approaches. It's common to see prediction markets outperform traditional odds, particularly as event time approaches and more information surfaces.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief in the probability of a particular outcome. The price of a contract directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and express their views, the price adjusts to reflect the collective assessment of the market. This dynamic pricing ensures that the odds closely track the evolving expectations surrounding the KCC T20 match.
This market resolves around Oct 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the KCC T20 Summer League match between Salwa Boys and Stack CC B. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine which outcome corresponds to the actual event result. Traders holding the winning contract will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence the odds for this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or weather conditions affecting the match could significantly shift trader sentiment. Unexpected performance from key players during the match itself will also be a major catalyst. Furthermore, any updates from reliable sources regarding team strategies or pitch conditions could lead to price movements. Monitoring these signals will be crucial for understanding how this market evolves leading up to Oct 11, 2026.
