This market refers to the cricket match between Reddy's XI and Tally Rangers scheduled for October 3 2026 at 1:30 PM ET in KCC T20 Summer League. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of bettors, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbook odds are typically set by professional oddsmakers, while this market is driven by individual traders expressing their beliefs. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the teams' strengths. Comparing the two can be a valuable exercise for informed decision-making, though it's important to remember that neither is guaranteed to be perfectly accurate.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of a particular outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the price adjusts to reflect the evolving consensus. The higher the price of a share, the greater the market's confidence in that outcome. This dynamic pricing ensures the market remains responsive to changing conditions.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the result of the KCC T20 League match between Reddy's XI and Tally Rangers is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be determined by the official result declared by the league organizers. The market will settle to 100% for the winning team, and 0% for the losing team. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will receive a payout equivalent to the final price of their shares.
Several factors could influence the price of this market leading up to the match. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or weather forecasts impacting playing conditions could significantly shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about team strategy or key player performance could also cause price fluctuations. Furthermore, large trading volume from informed bettors or significant shifts in public opinion could also drive movement in this market. Monitoring these signals can help you understand the evolving probabilities.
