If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to profit by balancing action on both sides, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome. If a significant number of people believe a particular exact score is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift accordingly. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially when public opinion strongly diverges from the initial sportsbook assessment of the match.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more shares are bought for a specific result, its price increases, and the probability rises. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market efficiently aggregates information from all participants, creating a dynamic and real-time forecast of the match’s final score. This creates a fluid pricing environment based on collective intelligence.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official exact score of the Kayserispor vs. Batman Petrolspor match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider, will determine the winning outcome. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution. It’s important to monitor the event’s progress leading up to resolution to understand potential impacts on this market.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Kayserispor or Batman Petrolspor would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather conditions on match day could all impact predictions. Unexpected announcements about player availability, or even significant shifts in public betting patterns observed elsewhere, could also move this market as traders react to new information and adjust their forecasts for the final result.
