On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the price of its corresponding shares will climb. Conversely, if sentiment shifts towards a different outcome, the price of its shares will decrease. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date collective intelligence.
This market resolves around Oct 20, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Kasyanov vs. Chuhai match, as declared by the governing sports body. The platform will then determine the winning outcome based on this official result. Traders who hold shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in losing outcomes will forfeit their investment. The exact timing of resolution may vary slightly depending on the speed of official result reporting.
Several factors could influence the price action in this market. Any news regarding the players’ form, injuries, or changes to their training regimes could significantly shift expectations.
