Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance betting action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market allows traders to express their own independent assessments of the probability of each outcome. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both a prediction market and a sportsbook. However, it's important to note that prediction market odds are dynamic and can change rapidly based on new information and trading activity.

This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the outcome will be determined by which team scores the first goal in the second half of the Juventus FC versus SSC Napoli match. The result will be based on official match data and verified against credible public sources. The platform will then determine the winning shares based on this verified outcome, and payouts will be distributed accordingly to those who correctly predicted the first team to score in the second half.

Several factors could influence trading activity in this market leading up to Nov 1, 2026. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Juventus FC or SSC Napoli could significantly shift the odds. Tactical changes announced by either manager, such as alterations to the starting lineup or formation, could also impact market sentiment. Furthermore, live game events during the first half, like a red card or an early goal, could cause a rapid reassessment of probabilities. Unexpected weather conditions or referee announcements could also play a role in how this market moves.
