In the upcoming Serie A game between Juventus FC and SSC Napoli, scheduled for November 1, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Juventus FC vs. SSC Napoli match originally scheduled for November 1, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert opinions, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs. If a significant number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift to reflect that collective view. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information access, biases, or simply a broader range of participants influencing the price.
This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official first half exact score as reported by the governing football authorities. Traders will be able to see the final result reflected in the market, and winning shares will be redeemable at a rate of 1 USDC per share for the correct outcome. It’s important to monitor the event closely as the resolution date approaches.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Juventus or Napoli would likely cause significant shifts. Tactical changes announced by the managers, such as a change in formation or starting lineup, could also impact expectations. Even weather conditions on match day, or any pre-match analysis from reputable football experts, could sway trader sentiment and move the price of shares. Monitoring these signals will be crucial for anyone looking to trade in this market.
