In the upcoming FIFA International Friendlies game between Jordan and Venezuela, scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Jordan vs. Venezuela match originally scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely adjust probabilities based on their own analysis and information. This can lead to discrepancies, with prediction markets sometimes being more accurate forecasters of event outcomes. It's common to see prediction markets incorporating information faster than sportsbooks, especially when new developments arise that impact the perceived likelihood of different results. However, sportsbook odds provide another valuable data point for analysis.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact score outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the collective belief of the traders about the probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy a contract, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform uses a market-making algorithm to ensure there’s always a bid and ask price available, facilitating continuous trading and price discovery. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly react to new information and adjust probabilities accordingly.
This market resolves around Oct 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Jordan vs. Venezuela match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing soccer organization. Any potential overtime or penalty shootouts will be included in determining the final, exact score. Traders who correctly predicted the exact score will receive a payout based on the closing odds at the time of resolution. The market will be closed prior to the event's completion to prevent manipulation.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Jordan or Venezuela would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions leading up to the match could also move the market. Unexpected announcements about the refereeing crew or stadium conditions might also cause shifts in probabilities. Furthermore, large-volume trades from informed participants could signal new information or a change in sentiment, causing others to adjust their positions in this market.
