In the upcoming K-League game between Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC and Jeju SK FC, scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 1:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC vs. Jeju SK FC match originally scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 1:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, often differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks may incorporate factors like marketing and house biases, while this market is driven purely by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. It's common to see discrepancies, especially when public sentiment strongly deviates from expert analysis. Examining these differences can highlight potential value opportunities for informed traders, though it's important to remember that both represent probabilities, not guarantees.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's current assessment of the probability of that score occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust accordingly, creating a dynamic and responsive market. The market’s price movements are driven by supply and demand, with higher demand pushing prices up and lower demand pushing them down.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC versus Jeju SK FC match, specifically the exact scoreline, will determine the winning share(s) in this market. Resolution relies on publicly available, authoritative sources to ensure an accurate and transparent outcome for all participants. It's important to note that the official result, not preliminary reports, will be used for settlement.
Several factors could significantly influence this market before the match concludes. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Jeonbuk or Jeju would likely cause price shifts. Changes in weather forecasts, particularly if they suggest adverse playing conditions, could also impact the perceived probabilities. Additionally, pre-match analysis from reputable sports commentators and updated team lineups released closer to kickoff could all contribute to movement in this market. Unexpected tactical decisions announced by either manager could also influence trading activity.
