If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. Comparing the implied probabilities from both sources can reveal where the crowd diverges from professional oddsmakers, potentially highlighting undervalued or overvalued outcomes. Keep in mind that sportsbooks may also adjust their odds based on betting patterns, creating a dynamic interplay between the two.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores, and the price of each share reflects the market’s probability of that outcome occurring. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts to balance supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is influenced by various factors, including news about team form, player injuries, and overall market sentiment. Higher demand for a particular outcome will drive up its share price, while increased selling pressure will lower it. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date information and collective predictions.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final outcome.
Several factors could significantly impact this market before it resolves. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Júbilo Iwata or Hokkaidō Consadole Sapporo would likely cause shifts in the odds. Changes in team form, such as a surprising win or loss in a recent match, could also influence trader sentiment. Finally, any significant news related to team management or internal conflicts could introduce uncertainty and lead to price fluctuations in this market.
