This event determines the outcome of the first half in an upcoming professional soccer match between Jaiba Brava and Alacranes. Participants can speculate on whether Jaiba Brava, Alacranes, or neither team (a tie) will lead at the end of the first half. The resolution depends solely on the scoring during the initial 45 minutes plus any added stoppage time.

The event resolves based on the first-half result of the Jaiba Brava vs Alacranes professional Liga de Expansion MX soccer match scheduled for October 10, 2026. If Jaiba Brava scores more goals than Alacranes in the first half—including during stoppage time—the 'Jaiba Brava wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Alacranes scores more goals, the 'Alacranes wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals, including zero, the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If the match is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets resolve to a fair price following Kalshi’s procedures. The governing league’s official result determines outcomes, and Kalshi disclaims any affiliation with the league.
