This market refers to the cricket match between Namibia and Ireland scheduled for November 1 2026 at 2:30 AM ET in Ireland Tour of Namibia ODIs. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks establish lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or risk assessments. It’s common to see prediction markets react more quickly to new information or changing circumstances than sportsbooks, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities as the event approaches. Examining both sources provides a more comprehensive view of expected outcomes.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official results of the Ireland-Namibia ODI series, as declared by the governing body of international cricket. The market will determine which outcome – a win for either Namibia or Ireland – accurately reflects the series result. Traders should monitor official sources for the final series standings to understand how this market will be settled. The outcome will be determined by the overall series winner.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market before resolution. Unexpected player injuries or changes in team lineups for either Ireland or Namibia would likely cause shifts in the odds. Weather forecasts for the match locations could also play a role, as rain delays or altered playing conditions can impact the game's outcome. Any significant news related to team performance, coaching changes, or player form could also move this market. Furthermore, large volume trades from informed participants could signal new information or changing sentiment, influencing the price of shares.
