Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on internal models and aim to balance their risk, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome. If a significant number of traders believe a particular result is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift accordingly. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of team strengths and potential game developments.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible outcome—Inter Kashi FC winning the second half, Kerala Blasters FC winning the second half, or a draw. The price of each share reflects the probability of that outcome, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of all participants.

This market resolves around Oct 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the second half of the Inter Kashi FC vs. Kerala Blasters FC match. The official match data will be used to determine whether Inter Kashi FC won the second half, Kerala Blasters FC won the second half, or if the second half ended in a draw. The market will then be settled accordingly, distributing payouts to those who correctly predicted the result.

Several factors could influence the price action of this market. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Inter Kashi FC or Kerala Blasters FC would likely cause movement. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather conditions on match day could all shift trader sentiment. Unexpected events during the first half of the match, such as a red card or a significant goal, would also have a substantial impact on the odds. Monitoring these signals can help you understand potential shifts in this market.
