Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds, like those found for this market, often reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, incorporating a profit margin. Prediction markets, however, are driven by individuals betting their own capital, theoretically leading to more accurate probabilities. While sportsbooks may initially have an edge due to information access, prediction markets can quickly incorporate new information and adjust accordingly. The difference between the two can present opportunities for arbitrage, though transaction fees and market friction must be considered.
Prices on Polymarket and Predict for the India vs. Uruguay second half can diverge due to several factors. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has a unique user base with differing risk appetites and information access, which influences their trading decisions. Furthermore, variations in trading fees, market-making activity, and liquidity can contribute to price discrepancies. The volume traded on each platform – currently $0 in 24-hour volume – also plays a role, as lower volume can lead to greater price volatility and divergence. These differences reflect the independent price discovery processes on each platform.
