This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Uganda and Zambia scheduled for October 20 2026 at 5:00 AM ET in ICC Men's T20 World Cup Africa Sub Regional Qualifier C. The outcome corresponding to Uganda will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Uganda. The outcome corresponding to Zambia will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Zambia. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

Often, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks may set initial lines based on expert analysis and public perception, but this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs, potentially leading to odds that more accurately forecast the outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of information, biases, or simply the dynamic nature of trading. It's worth comparing the probabilities implied by both to assess where value might lie, though this market represents a distinct view of the event.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular team’s batter, the price increases, and vice versa. This dynamic process creates a real-time assessment of probabilities, influenced by new information and changing sentiment surrounding the Uganda vs Zambia cricket match.
This market resolves around Oct 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on which team’s batter scores the most runs during the Uganda vs Zambia cricket match. Official match results from recognized cricket authorities will serve as the basis for determining the winning outcome. The platform will verify the data against these sources to ensure an accurate and transparent resolution of this market.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding player form, injuries, or changes to the playing conditions could significantly impact predictions. Unexpected weather forecasts or pitch reports could also sway sentiment. Furthermore, updates on team strategies or key player matchups might prompt traders to reassess their positions. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of a batter's likelihood of success has the potential to move this market before the Uganda vs Zambia cricket match concludes.
