This market refers to the cricket match between Uganda and Zambia scheduled for October 20 2026 at 5:00 AM ET in ICC Men's T20 World Cup Africa Sub Regional Qualifier C. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Prediction market odds often reflect a different set of information and incentives than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks typically incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets aim to represent the true probability of an event occurring as assessed by traders. Therefore, you may observe discrepancies between this market and sportsbook lines, particularly as new information emerges or public opinion shifts. It’s common to see prediction markets aggregate information more efficiently, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities than those offered by sportsbooks.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate and express their views, the price adjusts to reflect the collective wisdom of the crowd. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price indicates the market's aggregate assessment of the likelihood of the outcome, and traders can capitalize on perceived mispricings by taking opposing positions.
This market resolves around Oct 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting.
