Description

This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Uganda and Mozambique scheduled for October 24 2026 at 4:30 AM ET in ICC Men's T20 World Cup Africa Sub Regional Qualifier C. The outcome corresponding to Uganda will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Uganda. The outcome corresponding to Mozambique will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Mozambique. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect a different kind of wisdom than sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market aggregates the beliefs of a diverse group of traders. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially when there’s significant public information available or a strong narrative surrounding a particular outcome. If a large number of informed bettors believe a sportsbook is mispricing an outcome, they can express that view in this market, potentially driving the odds in a different direction than traditional sportsbooks. This can offer a valuable comparative perspective.

This market resolves around Oct 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on which team’s batter scores the most runs in the Uganda vs Mozambique cricket match. The official match results will serve as the basis for determining the winning outcome. No further details on the specific resolution process are available at this time. Traders should monitor official sources for updates as the event approaches and resolution nears.

Several factors could influence the odds in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or changes in team lineups would likely have an impact. Unexpected weather conditions at the match venue could also shift expectations, particularly if they favor one team’s batting style over the other. Furthermore, performance in preceding matches or recent form of key players could sway trader sentiment. Finally, any significant shifts in public opinion or expert analysis regarding the relative strengths of the two teams could also lead to movement in this market.
